For shipments in Metropolitan France (Corsica included) and Monaco, the delivery is carried out by La Poste So Colissimo’s delivery services. The orders are processed and shipped in a period between 48h and 96h (Saturday, Sunday and public holiday excluded). Once sent, La Poste So Colissimo’s standard delivery is within 48h to 96h.
The delivery service to the international is carried out by Colissimo Expert International and Colissimo Expert Outre-Mer, both are La Poste services. Delivery times may vary according to the destination.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, Heliopic Hotel & Spa commit to exchange or reimburse it to you within 14 days from the reception of the returned product*. In compliance with the current regulation**you have 14 days from the reception date to return the product(s). (withdrawal form). Returning fees are at your charge and will not be reimbursed.

If you don’t want to pay returning fees for the product, you can leave the purchased product directly at Heliopic Hotel & Spa (address mentioned above). Products must be in their original condition and package. The 14 days’ time period from the reception date also applies to this returning method. Once the 14 days finished, we will not be able to reimburse you.
Gift vouchers / Gift boxes
For the gift vouchers and boxes, it is possible to select a dematerialised receipt by e-mail. Time delivery for this kind of receipt can be immediate or at the date indicated during the customisation process.
For the dematerialised gift vouchers and/or gift boxes, a late delivery can occur if the internet services are momentarily unavailable at the moment of the order or on the day when the shipment was planned. If within a period of 24h you did not receive the gift voucher and/or the gift box, we welcome you to contact our customer service at email@example.com.
*Those returning conditions in the case of non-satisfaction of the purchased product only apply on physical products of the following type: « clothing », « accessories », « decorative object ». In no case those returning conditions apply on a physical product of the following type: « food », or on some clothing for hygiene reasons, those neither apply on « gift vouchers » and/or « gift boxes ».
